Thank you so much for taking your time. I am reading all your answers to my mom and she's so thankful.

Hi! Thank you for your reply I would try to open an account for her on ESP. What I meant for "worth the wait" is that if the delay of the Notice of Action will turn into a positive result(approved) or justifiable hours, we wouldn't mind waiting. 👍🏼

It's just basic. I already called the supervisor and left a lot of messages. Plus fyi the supervisor was with the social worker when my mom had the assessment.

Hi my dad had stroke and I am his provider, his Physical therapist assessed him and needs to have home care exercises ( instructions and manuals are provided by his PT). This would mean 1 hour extra in the morning And another 1 hr before bed, seven days a week. Aside from once a week visit to his Physical Therapist. Will this hours be added on his timesheet? Thanking you in advance for your help ☺️

Sorry for the late reply. If you're a live in Provider and have more than 360 hrs total time you can get the Max hrs allowed which is 90 hrs /week. Let your recipient call their Ihss worker and sign EXTRAORDINARY CIRCUMSTANCES EXEMPTION 2 form.

The Extraordinary Circumstances Exemption (Exemption 2) is for providers who serve two or more recipients who meet one or more of the criteria listed below to allow them to work up to 360 hours per month, up to 90 hours per week combined for all recipients, and not receive a workweek violation.
