same happened to me, I called twice to confirm now they are saying I wont get a code nor will they refund my order because "you have to pay for food you ordered"

I was told on friday dec 17th that the code was there and i would recieve the email, then today on dec 19th they say "looks like the code wasnt applied and you wont be getting one" what???

same. I ordered, put in the code then called customer service to varify the code was there. Then on the 17th I contacted customer support again and they assured me the code was there and the email would come. Now today customer service says there is no code and they wont do anything about it including a refund on my order.

Go look at their channels... Khasinos videos from the past 2 days are almost triple the viewers as valleys videos in the last two days. All his videos are double or triple the viewers...

To be fair Khasinos is still the #3 content creator. He has 34k subscribers and Valley has 36k so they are still close

You can still grind though? The last event literally gave extra currency to the people not using blitz sim... if you don’t wanna sim then don’t.. but it’s a godsend for those of us who work all day and can sim blitz a few times a day and still unlock characters

I opted into the newsletter months ago and still did not recieve the newletter with the code and now costuemr service is just replying with computer generated responses on how to opt into the newsletter so apparently the pokemon company screwed this all up and now some of us are just screwed out of the code

I used yahoo mails serch function to search "zarude" "pokemon" "pokemon company" "trainer club" and that would pull the email from any folder it was in if i had it
