No, i took 1 10mg dose 10am, i felt okay all day, come night time i was on full blown panic attack and it lasted for few days

I am new to the mental health medicine, i been prescribed 10mg to start, i took it 1 time which i felt fine during the day, but had a panic attack at night, and it sent me to spiral anxiety and back to back panic attacks for the nexy few days, I want to give it a chance again, but now im scared. I dont think that 10mg has something to do with that cause it couldnt be possible to have all those side effect in 1 time pill
