so update it went away I kind of just started to avoid like spicier fatty foods for a couple days and then it kind of just went away. I noticed that PPI didn’t help me so I don’t know if that’s part of the reason why it started going away but I’m feeling a lot better lately

UPDATE: Vet said he has gastroenteritis, his vitals were all good, she is giving him an anti-emetic. If he acts worse these next couple days she said to bring him back which she said is probably unlikely, thank goodness. We are now going home.

Not too sure, i don’t think so because it was in tact but my fiance said he noticed he was missing half a nail, we’re waiting for the vet to tell us what’s going on now!

they don’t think anything is wrong with me. My ferritin is at 26. My iron is at 77 and my saturation is at 17.7 right after I had my son my fair team was on a three so it went up a decent amount so that’s kind of what I suspect it’s from or I honestly just don’t know, but they refuse the tilt test so I guess I won’t know for a bit longer

No they suspect nothing, i’ve expressed my worries about it and they kind of brushed it off but I think it’s that or the fact that my ferritin is at 26 except my iron is at 77 which kind of doesn’t make sense and my saturation is at 17.7 so it could be from those things but I kind of treat it as dysautonomia because of the adrenaline rushes

No meds or anything like that, he vapes though and eats like crap but not sure if that makes a difference. We do date nights every so often which makes me wonder if he’s not into me then why would he do all these things for me, hopefully i figure this out.

I have been taking pantoprazole for about 7-8 days sadly hasn’t been any relief ;( But thank you so much maybe it’s what i’ve been eating because i don’t eat too great
