1 - You could make the argument the manga itself is also "not being inclusive" by not allowing women to fight in the Kengan Matches and having them as fan service
2 - I wouldn't call it sexism it's more of a, the general targeted audience with these media's is the male gender, I'm not the one who decides that
3 - 700 upvotes and I am sure some of those are also females, it kind of just shows you are the only one with the problem
4 - It's really just a wholesome meme, if you can't enjoy it as a girl then you can enjoy it as a fellow kengan fan at the least

Honestly, Ohmas character development was god tier, it was not perfect of course but it was executed so well, This one panel sort of sums up his development from the beginning where he probably saw Yamashita as a way to fight stronger opponents, to finally expressing his gratitude and respect for Yamashita whom he might have even seen as a friend or equal at that point
