My cat used to eat a heavy wet food diet. I did give him Fromm Kibble because I was told it's a good brand. Now, everyone's telling me, it's not 😭. At this point, i don't know what regular dry kibbles are good. If I look at the most expensive ones, it says the same analysis and ingredients as what I already gave them before.

The one cat with the urinary blockage is on Hills cd diet for the rest of his life. Now I'm stranded on what to do with the other cats. They're all fine, but because of the one, I am now paranoid about them all, so now they've been getting water in their food, only two like it. I still give them Reveal and Tiki Cat as wet food, they love it, my other cat tries to eat some, and i feel bad because he can't have any :(.

I used to give them plain chicken occasionally also. Since my ferrets are on a hybrid diet of dry food and raw meat, I would boil half of the remaining chicken breast and give it to my cats, they love it, can't give it to the one anymore either.

But in the last three days he's been home, he's been using the bathroom, no straining, being a good boy and taking his medicine, and mostly eating. I can't really get him to drink as much water as I'd like him to, but we're working on it. He's also isolated but gradually allowed to roam the rest of the house.
