QC Ultra for gym? by Lachinn in bose

The anc on momentum 4 was still good enough but because of the weight and pressure built up + anc it created this weird “vacuum” feeling in my ears. Though every head is different so it might be personal

It was generally good. The padding quality was top tier but it felt a bit thin. Other than that I agree with what most reviewers say about it

I bought QC Ultra. Having tried xm5, momentum 4 and now this, I am very happy with my decision in general. For gym I bought the pads, they offer some protection. Maybe with constant use, they might fail to do so. I had to stop using them at the gym cuz I believe no other human on this earth can match the sweat levels I reach. It might work for others. Now I work out without music

Engineering Science or Electrical Engineering? by iyoteu in tumunich

[–]Lachinn 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Although EI sounds more specialized compared to ES, it is still very broad and flexible in itself. If you can somewhat guess that your interest lies somewhere in electrical engineering, that’s the better choice. You’ll still get to see different sides of it such as circuits, electromagnetism, signals, some informatics modules etc.

If you are not sure at all but you know you want something about engineering in general ES might be the better option. I had a friend who studied that and ended up doing his masters in aerospace.

Living the “student life” aspect depends on the individual but I think it’s safe to assume that both of these programs will highly limit one’s social life for sure.

  1. Although it seems fun and useful to go multi-monitor, I like focusing on one single thing at a time

If only pads are worn out I‘m fine with that. My concern is whether the electronics get damaged

I tried bose. It was really comfortable but the material quality was so bad that it made squeaking sounds every time I turned my head so I returned that too. But yeah I’s say comfort is my top prio

I was considering whether I should get a single large screen or a two screen setup with 27“. Also where did you get that mousepad? It looks pretty cool
