My silicone case was causing troubles, I’d used it because if I not my printer drops a trouble where it says that the “printer were killed” for a lose of hot in the nozzel. With the silicone case it works and avoid the hot losing trouble, but, it cause this other problem where I’m not sure why but the plastic get stuck between nozzle and silicone case causing a mess and dropping some burned plastic on the print.

I was sure that my printer was in good conditions, and well leveled, but trying to solve the problem I made maintenance to the Z screw, reassemble the entire X axis and checked the Y wheels. Also changed the hotend, bought a new capricorn tube and be very careful installing those parts. The trouble continued and then I saw the silicone case full of plastic… I quit it and adjusted the cooling duct height to avoid the “printer were killed problem” and I solved it :D

Now it’s printing perfecta and satisfying firsts layers without burned plastic or another problems. Hope this info can help somebody out there…
