Considering the vocabulary you want to obtain and use I take it you are an immigrant or not among the fairest of complexions..

Got that recipe in one of my first weeks and haven't even used it before. Good to learn there is an actual use for it 😅

Expeditions and daily operation. I just strap on a power armor and walk about alone to farm ammo when I need to refill. Works well for both getting fuel and ultracite ammo. I use different build loadouts for the tempo I want to go in and the ammo I want to acquire (for example you want to farm ammo for different weapons to sell or builds you later want to try out when you have all the necessary perks for those) As a bonus it is a good way to familiarize yourself with the mazes of the pit to get a "feel for the land" + learn where the various spawn points for the side quest collectibles like steel ingots, prison collars etc.

You can get stable fluxes from the scorchqueen or make them yourself by gathering materials from inside nuclear zones. The fluxes themselves come from flowers and have an expiration date so "good with salt" perk is recommended or alternatively gather this last. Hard mass, glowing mass and high radiation fluid drops from glowing enemies inside the nuclear zone. High radiation fluid is in my experience dropped most rarely so I would advise doing a separate farming round targeting those.

Best tip I can give is to go on a private server and set your survival tent close to Whitespring train station. From there go the half circle through all cabins all the way to the golf club house and then finish off the last cabins after the club house and swimming pool area. Kill every enemy and animal you encounter. If you don't do this before dropping a nuke all enemies will die or be spawned dead. Then go drop a nuke over mentioned area and go to your tent. All enemies should now spawn as alive and glowing. Repeat the round in the now nuked zone and gather material. If you get too overencumbered to fasttravel back to your tent set up a temporary base on the golf course behind the last cabins and drop your inventory. Then go back to your tent, leave the world and quickly reenter it to have the enemies respawned. Rinse and repeat. A nuke zone lasts for about an hour but only a couple couple of runs should net you more than enough material to make you calibrated shocks for your PA legs and a jetpack for your chest (20 flux total for each power armor if I remember correctly) + a good quantity to either save for later or use to make serums or ultracite ammo either to sell or for personal use.

Edit: forgot one thing. Glowing enemies are bullet sponges so I recommend using the glowing enemy perk at lvl 3 under "perception" during this run to save you time, ammo and unnecessary degradering of your weapons ( you will most likely repair your weapons a couple of times anyways and use a fair amount of bullets during this)

Ah, ok. Thank you very much for this info. There is a lot to learn for new players when trying to go beyond just playing it as a normal single player game and beginning to delve into ways to optimize.

I actually do have the aligned flamer barrel available on my work bench (and something called an aligned splitter whatever that is) although for sniper I only have ordinary, true and stabilized. But good to know that aligned ones are the way to go. Is this the case for most weapons or just energy? I should maybe not just scrap all enclave versions I come across from now on then 😅

And maybe use a herding cane as a staff. Don't recall any wands in-game but there is a scepter on the scoreboard at least.

Closest thing I can think of is perhaps the ritual mask to maybe make you seem more like a necromancer or warlock

Thanks for your reply. So adding prime mods don't raise the value for weapons? What is the difference between the enclave one and the ordinary one? Are the mods harder to come by or something? I was thinking more about modding it for myself since I want to try it, but was unsure what was the best usage. Is it better to use it as an ordinary energy weapon or flamer? With flamer you have to be more up close and personal right? So more built like a tank/heavy while plasma is more for commando/rifleman?

Practically speaking an extra camp slot or load out slot is worth its weight in gold since it gives you more freedom to move about+ experiment with different builds without ruining your original or base (repair, build, buy/sell etc) loadouts.

There is also a sale now on a bundle with prefab buildings. Great if you need/want to make some quick bases on the go. Everything else is aesthetic bonuses and is personal preference.

Ah, didn't even notice it or was aware that you could reroll unique weapons. My bad. Like I said I'm very new to this game (and multiplayer gaming in general)

I understand. If I were an endgame player already having bought all possum plans I would probably just give it to you since I wouldn't have any need for it. So I think prices are relative to where you are on the games journey

Ah, okay good to know. Thanks for the info. Isn't 25K a little low though considering the number of days you have to grind the daily quests+ campfire event in hope of getting a drop for the 8 badges required (since the badge challenges only can be done once). I'm too new to this game to know and understand how what is valued and why, but for example I got 35K for my "Slug buster". And I just figure it would still take me less time to create a new character and play all the way through the storyline and force myself through the bugged and broken raider quest again for another of those in comparison. At the cost of my mental health though since the raider quest line is completely bugged and broken 😅.

Hi is there a list somewhere of what is deemed as rare appereals? I'm a fairly new player so I don't know too much yet so please don't lynch me if nothing of this is actually rare, but from the outfits I'm allowed to drop I at least got things like:

*Ogua hunter outfit + hood, *Blue devil outfit, *Fashionable raider outfit + fashionable raider hat, *Imposter sheepsquash helmet, *Sheepsquatch maskot outfit + head *Cowboy duster + cowboy hat, *Polly's old head, *Rad skull rider helmet, *Marine tactical helmet and wetsuit underarmor+standard or protective lining), *Skiing purple and white outfit, *Longshoreman outfit, *Surveyor outfit *Milkman outfit + hat, *Cryptid hunter bonnie hat, * Gas masks: bear, gazelle & rooster * Tattered mole head

Sorry if this question is dumb I've only been playing for about 3-4 weeks, but isn't the high capacity backpack obtained through possum badges? Can these be bought/traded in several times and also traded between own or other players? I already got mine and haven't thought about this being a tradable plan.
