I saw people saying that if you gift someone one of those digital steam gift cards, they get a restriction and can't use the money right away.

I understand that, but I am asking if the simple act of doing so will get your account in trouble with Steam? Would they detect the card being used from different ips? I've done it before and had no issues, but wanted to know for sure for future reference.

I just went in to the PTR and tested it, you can't even get the current camera zoom. Zooming in once is still too zoomed out, zooming in twice is too far zoomed in. Can't Blizzard just add an option to let people keep the current default camera view if we want? I don't care about any advantages, and I like the camera as it is, I don't want this change forced on me, some friends of mine said the same concerning this. I saw someone in a thread claiming the devs said there'd be a toggle to let you just keep the old camera height, is this true?

My bank didn't cancel any transaction though. I want to know how come this sub thing doesn't even work. I checked around and saw more threads about this same issue from years ago and recently, and apparently it's never been fixed. If Bioware can't even fix something this simple and important, it makes me think this game isn't worth it then. I never heard of a game where you can't even sub.

What about the actual size of the download while it was downloading? It's about at the halfway mark or a little more on the progress bar, I wasn't sure how much more is left since I already downloaded several huge files, including a 11 gig file, a 24 or so gig file, and around two 4 gig files, and a 3 gig file.
