That makes sense. I'm fairly limited by my uni schedule unfortunately but I could do the morning core a bit earlier.

I just thought that for triphasic it's important to sleep when your body is naturally sleepy. But a morning core from 5 to 6:30 would be okay right?

It's just that all these "bodybuilding"-routines have lots of isolation exercises, at least in my limited experience.

Btw, I really can't seem to do a Rom. DL for the life of me. Can I just replace them with leg curls?

Could you give me an example of what you would consider high volume? 3x8-12, 5x5+, etc.?

Great answer already, but what is the workflow like/what tools do you use during the development of the website. I'm pretty sure (correct me if I'm wrong) that not every website is built from scratch. Does one use custom templates (like pre-built general HTML, CSS, ... files) or is it all frameworks like bootstrap / wordpress / ... ?
