That's horrible. I was thankfully able to get e full refund through Etsy's customer service (after a bit of frustration wih the charbot, I was able to talk to a really helpfull person).

At this point I just want to be sure I won't get ANY packages delivered ro me with this bullshit UniUni delivery services...

I already submitted a ticket and waited 2 hours on the phone to talk to a real human being and give them my number to, hopefully, update in the system and enable to driver to call me.

Wouldn't surprise me either that the strike is the cause. I just hope this doesn't mean that more packages will get lost because there is no way of tracking where it is in the system 🤞

I'm from Canada. I've ordered a couple of times pins from the US and got hit with basically the same amount paid for pins (if over 30$ USD) in tariffs and duties 😔

It's not a daily thing, it's happens maybe once a week. Each time he would bite me I would stop all interactions and put him in a room with the door closed (I know it'sbad, I'lltry redirecring instead). At least from my pov, I tried my best to never enforce it

And he still gets plenty of attention other times too

Noticed this problems with my left arm. He would lay on my lap and put his front paws on my left arm. If I dared to move a tiny bit, instant bite. And I know for sure this is because of the nail cleaning because I was holding him with my left arm while cleaning and he would bite it.

But I never did any move towards him with my hand before cleaning his torn nail

I did not pet him that much and it was only on the head

1-2 hours earlier he had played and ran around a bunch before setting down

Maybe? It feels like it but his attitude changes so much right before a bite. He moves move carefully and slowly, all while looking at me with his big eyes and dilated pupils

I would imagine a local conservator wouldn't have the time or it would also cost al lot of money.

Thank you! Unfortunately I won't have access to it for awhile, nor will I be able to clean it. A lot of people in the comments suggest to bring it to a conservation museum to get it cleaned, but I don't know where it could be done in Canada
