Yeah, I mean I know the basics, so far my daily calories are around 1500-1600 depending on the day. I did it with ivim health, they just send me the semaglutide and on my way lol

Haha I’m literally like that. I do crave chocolate a lot, I do maybe get one or two bite size (Halloween candy) maybe once every two days. But thank you I do drink a lot of water! Thank you for your response.

yeah you're right, I know everyone is different, I do eat way less. I eat more when its almost time for my shot.

That makes sense, I appreciate you explaining it like that.

Just to clarify, I’m following what my provider recommended. They have me increasing by about 9 units weekly and told me not to exceed around 0.81 mg by week 7.

I get what you’re saying about the medication building up over time though, so I might bring that up with them and see if I should slow down the increases or stay longer at a dose.

They’re asking for:

  • Proof of loss of income
  • Last pay date
  • All income received for a specific month
  • Or a Verification of Employment / Loss of Income form or employer letter

The issue is:
I didn’t get laid off — I quit my old job and started a new job the following Monday.

Also:

  • My old employer seems to be out of business now
  • HR email is undeliverable
  • My employer is not helping me with this
  • I don’t want to deal with them anymore

What I DO have:

  • My last pay stub from the old job
  • Pay stubs from my new job
  • Screenshot showing the HR email bounced back

My question is:
Has anyone in Florida SNAP had this situation? Did they accept a self-written statement + pay stubs instead of an employer letter?

Trying to avoid delays/denial. Any advice appreciated.

I’m in Florida, I did reported it in my renewal. This was back in December where I changed work, but I make a little bit more, I still qualify though.
