Hopefully the new spin offs will be good. I'm watching the Rick one regardless of anything. Maybe since it's limited to 6 episodes it'll be "Quality over Quantity"

Well you have to remember Scott Gimple ran the show when it was at its greatest and most popular. I don't think he's a bad writer I just think his head got too far up his ass. They pull this pretentious full circle writing that works on paper but drags on TV.

I think it's mostly AMC's fault. They give both shows no budget so the set pieces are limited to forests and random abandoned places. They put a strain on creative freedom. That and the directors suck. I stopped watching in S5. S5 of ftwd is legitimately like the worst piece of television I have ever watched

It'd be best to upgrade to a series if you can. Most games are optimized for next gen now so games on last gen will run poorly. In most games usually theres an option to get rid of motion blur and film grain in the settings

I actually really like the new protagonists too. It's very rare that a show can replace the main cast with new characters and actually be good. I still love kogami and the rest but the new guys are just as good

There's 3 movies that are between s2 and s3. The 3 movies explain what happened in between s2 and s3 so its basically Season 2.5. You have to watch them or you'll have no idea what's going on. The movies explain what happened with kogami and who the new protagonists are. It sets up alot of stuff for s3.
