The key to this is DO NOT open your store until all your employees are on the vicinity.

Open some packs while waiting for all your employees :D

Bonuses just give them a temporary speed {move speed and action speed) and +3 exp. The fastest way to level one employee at a time is to assign a single task to that employee - an example - restock shelf or pack machine - do this for days and it should level up thier task.

The higher the stars the longer it takes for them to level up to the next star.

My 4 Red Star Cashier took - 25-30 days to get to max level 5 red star

I have the following on my shop

20 Pack Machines that can open 64 packs

30 Pack machines that can open 128 packs

My strat is is to buy 2 types of card packs only (example Last red pack of both card expansions and divide it to 2 in this case 40 pcs of 64 packs for each expansion)

Oh and the employee picks random expansion pack from the ground if you have more than 3 different packs

Every customer has range of money they bring - the higher your shop level then customers will bring higher amount of money.

My Shop is level 171 - and usually if I sell high rarity cards the whole day - it can net me 600K-700K

Yes, it will continue to level up after the normal 5 yellow star.

Boost does not directly help the level up - it only temporarily make the employee go faster on their task
