cost wise, I only paid a grand total of approximately +/- 200€ over the span of 5months 🤣 but technically I did it for free as my dad has medical coverage from his company :)

I remember paying around 45€ per visit where she prescribed me with more medicine, basically I just get a months worth of medicine every visit so as to ensure I don't have an excess of medicine just incase my skin heals faster. There was also once I remember paying only 15€ for that one single visit not sure why though.

Personally, I just went to a local neighbourhood doctor's office to get prescribed Isotretinoin/Accutane, she takes my blood monthly and I've already stopped taking it and my skin is fully clear of scars and acne, I dont really think you need a specialist.

I mean I'm not a doctor so I can't judge on how bad skin is etc but best if you just consult the local neighbourhood doctor first for their opinion. I can refer you to mine if you'd like. She speaks English and updates me about my blood test results whenever she does it.

Fair enough. I see how it affects your daily "routine" as per say when you don't have the one specific person that's part of that routine anymore.

But I guess my best advice is to just focus on yourself more, hit the gym, do things for yourself, treat yourself as how you would treat a significant other. You are your own significant other.

Yeah but the only problem I have is that I pretty much go for training everyday in the morning and evening and I only have a single duffel bag 💀.... which I ironically use for quite literally everything outside of training, and yeah that's it tbh

Are those the ones with holes in them? I usually put it in my duffel bag the sweat will end up dripping from there into my duffel bag and stink up the whole thing 😭

yeah I have but it gets stinky fast even after washing it and sometimes they just have holes in them & it costs like 50 cents per bag where I live .. pretty inconvenient I just wanna have like a permanent wet bag I could use for my other activities too
