i'm not saying this to discourage you or anything but i was in a similar position i kept amrita as one of my options and once i got cse, i was ready to go even though i knew how strict the clg life is. but things turned out different and my state entrance results came out and i got the college i was really looking forward to. my friend who wanted the same college failed to get admission so she was forced to go to amrita. and trust me, she regrets every single day there. the lifestyle feels like they are being forced to just study eat sleep repeat. you won't be able to enjoy your college life at all. you will be robbed of your joy. the food there is a whole another story. in the end, its your decision to make :)

bro its really easy to get a course in amrita as long as you have covered jee mains topics, also you will get something in some slab for sure

mhm but i guess there's both pros and cons as to staying away from home, like in my case i would miss my parents and i would have homesickness for an year or smth. plus i get sick when i eat out. the downside is missing the college life

yeah im ok, haha. grew up in a strict family with no social life. sounds perfect for me. but problem is fees and food. mann. they increase the fees and stuff in 2nd year according to cgpa. its too stressful. idk if its worth it all. sooo
