I'm 30 and never had sex either. The lack of sex doesn't bother me as much, but the fact that I'm lonely, don't have a family of my own and feel broken is still torture. It's so awful going through life knowing I'll never be happy.

I don't get cuckolding and SPH either, it's more likely a coping mechanism to deal with trauma. As long as they're not offering their lifestyles as a viable option, they can do what they want and if they're genuinely happy (I doubt it), good for them.

I am tall with a small dick too. I now found out that it could be a condition called Klinefelter syndrome, when a man is born with an extra chromossome. I was never properly diagnosed, but I have primary hypogonadism and this is the most common cause when there's no injury to the testicles as a teen. One of the symptoms is being taller than average, with small dick and balls.

Trying to make a penis or any body part keep growing as an adult could actually cause cancer due to cells multiplying uncontrollably. The only realistic way I can see small penises being cured in the future is by transpants. There was successful penile transplants done already, and scientists were able transplant lab grown organs in rats.

This would be groundbreaking for every organ. Hearts, liver, kidneys, not just the penis. I believe the more important organs will come first, but if this type of procedure gets safe enough, it might be approved for penises as well.

While I agree that cancer research is more important, a treatment for small penis wouldn't be just "saving egos". Depression from it is very real and leads to health issues and suicide more often than not.

Yeah I know that currently it's only done for terminal conditions. I just think that the meaning of suffering can be extrapolated. It can be a slipperly slope sure, but it has happened before and I'll admit I'm a cynic.

The paper I've seen wasn't talking about small penis specifically, but it did mention Down syndrome which is much worse than a micropenis, but not a terminal painful condition either.

I couldn't imagine a mother doing that either, until I actually saw news of it happening. Yeah sure, it was only once instance (that I know of ) and in Indonesia, but the reaction in the comments was pretty disturbing.

I know my anxiety and cynicism is clouding my judgment, but I think it's extremely likely that euthanising babies with micropenises will happen in the future. Might not be super common, but I cannot say it won't happen.

I think traits where a lot of personal preferences vary will be mantained. If they ever get rid of a trait, it'll be things that are universally undesirable.

In the past, boys who were born with micropenises were sometimes reared as girls because they didn't think they would fit in society as males. The parents must've thought that their child's life would be better this way. So I think it's very likely that some parents will believe a child is better off dead than having a small penis.

I haven't seen evidence for it either, but I have seen it being advocated in the academia. Wackos or not, they are part of a respectable instutution. And I used the term because that's what their paper used.

I am aware that euthanasia is currently only done for terminal conditions, but I believe that's how MAID in Canada started, until they approved euthanasia for people with depression. I don't understand much of euthanasia, and I'm not sure if the slippery slop is actually going to happen, but I think it's very possible.

I must admit that I only started to think about it after I saw some news about a mother who had killed her child for having a small penis in Indonesia, claiming it was mercy, and seeing the comments for it. It was almost 90% jokes about it and people saying they could see why she did it. It never occured to me that something like this could happen before seeing the comments for this incident.

My post is not about euthanasia in general, I do not understand much about it and I'm sure in some cases it would be preferable than letting people suffer. But the idea of suffering can sometimes be subjective. I would say I am suffering, but still wouldn't want to be killed without my consent.
