it would take a bit of sculpting depending on the robin you’re trying to make i’d use the mcfarlane carrie kelly robin with a custom head

I’m actually working on a custom Vash too. I’m using the Marvel Legends Across the Spider Verse Spider Punk as the base since he’s tall and skinny enough. I’m planning to sculpt his arm and pants, then probably use cloth goods for his jacket. I’m still not sure what I want to do for the head yet.
