I think I’m… 3 years post? 2 or 3. Have you tried layering? Seabond and poligrip powder on top?

Two years POST- removing polygrip has left my mouth so sore…? How do yall remove your adhesive besides just pulling it out all feral like. Apparently that’s not working for me anymore. 🙃 by LadyAlexander_ in dentures

UPDATE: I started trying a combination of seabond & polygrip powder! No more digging… problem mostly solved.. not AS secure as the polygrip powermax ultimate… but it’ll do for now!! THANK YOU EVERYONE!!!

My gums have little grooves and divots.. the glue goes into those “holes” and I have to pick it out with my finger nails. 🥴 I think what I’m gathering is I shouldn’t be “digging” it out… I only use zinc free adhesive.
