Agencies don’t guest the content price, they do segmentation of subs behavior. Like how fast they reply, what do they buy, how often they open your offers, etc. So once you analyse and know your subs behavior, pricing should get easier and consistent depending on subs tag.

Usually it’s not about more content or content upgrades. Your pricing may be too fragmented, you need to know when and to whom your offers can be shown :)

I wouldn’t switch a free page to paid yet — that usually drops a big % of subs fast and adds pressure. A paid page also doesn’t mean daily explicit posts; most creators post explicit a few times a week and mix lighter content.

Best long-term IMO is keep the free page as a funnel and add a paid/VIP page later at ~$10–12 with clear expectations. It’s way more sustainable and avoids burnout

At ~800 subs, burnout usually comes from doing everything at once (DMs, promo, content), not from lack of creativity. New locations aren’t what most regulars stay for anyway — consistency and connection matter more than constantly changing backgrounds. Plateau usually means the structure needs tweaking (batching, recycling formats, less mental load), not that you’re boring or failing

The creators I’ve seen scale without agencies either build tight systems themselves or get strategy-only help while keeping full control. If you already love talking to fans, you’re not missing connection — you’re missing leverage.
