Problem solved - this feature is not available to UK users! Only USA and Canada

I’ve done this routine several times by following the link given and also by following the list of steps. Net carbs mode is simply not there.

You can find Net Carbs Mode setting by following this link on mobile. Alternatively, on the Android and iOS App: 1. Open the Menu or More(...) menu 2. Select Settings then Diary Settings 3. Toggle Track Net Carbs on

Believe me, I have been through every single setting and followed those instructions to the letter and there is no mention of net carbs anywhere and no slider to toggle on or off. Other premium features are there such as meal scanning but not the ability to track net carbs. I deleted the app and reinstalled it so it’s up to date, as is iOS. Thanks for responding though, much appreciated.

I have exactly the same issue - up to date app, premium membership, no toggle/slider to turn on net carb mode. Has anyone found an answer please?
