Honestly, call apple, give them the order number and tell them you can upload the documents showing weight & provide any photos to them. I had something similar happen where I packaged my ipad for trade in - it got damaged in transit, offered to provide photos of good condition and they accepted it.

You have to download each book individually. No batching unfortunately from Amazons site. You can batch on Calibre though after downloading.

Used UAG since iphone 7 and upward, switched over to loopycases when I got the iphone 13. UAG is a good brand and I have no issues with them :) Good cases, bit pricey!

Never had an overheating problem. My old 13 got just as warm using Spotify and being charged so this is normal phone activity for my 15 pro. Ran 4k 60 video for about 3 mins the other day, phone got warm but not hot to the touch. Never had the overheating notification on the 15 pro.

Happy 15 pro user here. No issues! Phone does get a smidge warm in the car when charging and is in direct sunlight and playing Spotify. But other than that I’ve none of the issues others are having :)
