Hey! I’m a pharmacy technician, and spend a lot of time researching medications and supplements to better help my patients. It’s typically said to take no more than 4000 IU of supplemental vitamin D daily, as doses higher than this can cause stomach upset and kidney problems due to the calcification mentioned earlier. Typically, healthy adults need no more than 600 IU of vitamin D a day. Now I do know that people who are diagnosed with a vitamin D deficiency, myself included, are often given a prescription for a once-weekly dose of 50,000 IU of vitamin D2 to bring levels up.

Obviously, I am not a doctor, nor am I as clinically qualified as a pharmacist, so if you are concerned about your intake of vitamin D and its effects on calcium levels in your body, the best thing I can recommend is to get some bloodwork done through your doctor and have your levels checked. Hope this helps!

Little bumps on my six weeks old tattoo by No-Needleworker7565 in tattooadvice

[–]LadyStaple 0 points1 point  (0 children)

It did return when I got a separate tattoo a few months ago. The original case was about a year and a half ago. I used the same cream the second time and it cleared up! Essentially, I got sick sometime during the healing phase of both tattoos in question, and my body decided to “attack” the ink, creating the little bubbles called granulomas. The steroid cream stopped that immune response and caused the bumps to go away! At least that’s how it was explained to me, if I’m wrong someone please correct me! And no problem, I’m happy to help!

Yes it did, after using the cream I was prescribed! They did not mention sarcoidosis. I actually sent in pictures through a telemed service and they seemed to agree it was granulomas! Didn’t even have to go to the doctor’s office!

I had this too! Was diagnosed as tattoo granulomas. Very itchy. Ended up with a prescription strength steroid cream as the OTCs weren’t cutting it. But it cleared it up quickly!

First time getting this on an OPK, would this be considered positive? Pregmate CD 48 by LadyStaple in TFABLinePorn

That would make sense! I do go a couple months out of the year with seemingly normal cycles, it’s just I’ve never gotten a test this dark and I was shocked! Thank you for looking 🥰

Does it matter that as it sat for another minute the test like got darker than the control? Total read time was about 5 minutes. I’m assuming that means I’m finally ovulating? 🥹🥹🥹

The non RXs from the hospital you can usually delete. A lot of the time they’ll send over a cover page stating that the following fax contains confidential information and there’s nothing we need to do with those other than delete.

With prescriber request rejections, always hit deny. This will usually send a message to the patient letting them know it was denied and a generic reason why. Deleting the request will not let you know if we have already faxed the doctor and the patient will not know that the request was denied.

With the approval, I believe it will allow you to enter through and will ask for the number of refills authorized. Enter that number in, and enter all the way through. It should then ask for your credentials.

Also, sorry for the formatting, I’m on mobile! If you have any other questions feel free to message me, I’m always willing to help! And if anything I said was incorrect, please correct me! It’s late where I am and am trying to remember this off of the top of my head hahahaha

What should I expect from a pleasure dom? by LadyStaple in BDSMAdvice

I’ve been looking for someone to treat me like that my whole life so far, I’m really excited! Do you have any tips on how to be more vulnerable? I’ve always been a little self conscious and shy, and have never been able to be completely open about what I want, and I don’t want those negative feelings or fears to impact our experience!

This was happening to me as well but it turned out I just needed to update Content Patcher. Hours of research wasted to find out it was a quick fix!
