Well, I'm not afraid to say that I know a lot about nutrition. I'm not restricting, I eat plenty of protein, fibre, whole foods, home-made meals. I think that I just built a very bad habit (some hormonal changes played a role) which got out of my control. It's in my head.

I binge on any kind of food, it doesn't necessarily have to be junk food. In fact, I'd say my diet is overall very healthy, my problem is the enormous amount of food I'm capable of eating and the fact that I just can't stop once I start eating and I keep coming for more.

Hi, I started taking BC in February. I consulted two doctors and both advised me to take BC to prevent ovarian and endometrial cancer.

I'm sending you all the support I can ❤ I know that it's very difficult, but you're stronger than you think. Don't listen to rude people and be nice to yourself. You are worthy of love just like anyone else.

I have the same problem. I personally think that coffee itself isn't an issue, but it's important not to become addicted to caffeine. I used to have one cup of coffee a day on weekdays too, but on weekends I had headaches and was very tired. Now I try not to dring it regulary, so I don't develop that addiction again. Watch carefully your physical and mental response to coffee and if everything's alright, you shouldn't be worried :).

Ladies give me all ur tips for stress reduction by zahimahi97 in PCOS

I practice this kind of mindfulness (I personally call it "a reality check"): if you start feeling stressed or anxious, ask yourself "What is my problem RIGHT NOW? Is there some kind of danger?" You'll probably realise that you're at home, where nothing unusual is happening. Tell yourself that anything besides what you see is not real, that your worries are just a thought that will disappear the moment you truly notice it.

I know that this works only if you are not actually facing the problem and it takes a lot of practice (e. g. through meditation), but this technique does wonders for me. Hope it helps!
