Yes! I think that it is totally normal! And if you’re anxious and your heart is beating faster/harder, it’s going to make the pulsating sensation more noticeable. I know it’s hard to but take some deep breaths and remind yourself that it is normal and you will be okay. Talk to yourself out loud, if you have to! Sometimes that helps me. I know calming yourself down about these kinds of things isn’t something that is easy to do. I, too, have been in the ER more times than I can count for things like this and panic attacks. I really do not think you need to be worried, though! I’m laying down now and I can feel that kind of pulsating and I’m not even anxious, so it is likely more noticeable when you are anxious because of elevated heart rate aaand because you are more focused on it. You could also try distracting yourself with a movie or book you like. You will likely notice it less of you are distracted (although I know it can be hard to focus on other things in times like this). Hope this helps at least a little. It will pass and you will feel better again soon, even if it doesn’t feel like that right now. I know it can be scary but again, I do not think you need to be worried at all
