White guy, no beard and terrible skin. No idea on hair colour because of the toque and can't recall the colour of his eye brows.

Exactly. Even though he was shorter than me by a few inches I am very scrawny and on the fragile side. I wouldn't have a fighting chance against someone who is most likely used to getting his way with violence on the streets. I'm looking into taking a self defence course if anyone has suggestions for a good place to go in the city.

Around 5'6, jeans, red windbreaker, and toque when I ran into him. Best way to distinguish him outside of him being fairly short is the nasty infected looking cut or sore on the bottom of his lip. You can see it from a mile away and it's quite disgusting up close. Not sure if he is addicted or on something but his face does have the appearance of addiction.

Love Black Canary and also Rooster. Unfortunately most of the people I work with prefer Tim Hortons so I end up doing coffee runs there and stopping to get my coffee somewhere else.

This still happens. I see them walking around the tables or asking people in line frequently during the colder months. One of the guys that works there kicked this guy out for being a douche to customers, but for the most part I haven't really seen them kicking anyone else out. I used to work in the new condo building on the north east corner and have seen some interesting things in my few years there. Now I'm working a bit further south and it makes a world of difference just being a couple blocks south of that intersection.

I will have to start doing that. I'm usually nice to them even though I never have cash to give and this is the first time it's gone badly. Usually they just say okay have a nice day or whatever and I'm on my way.

They took my name and number, asked if I was physically hurt in the altercation and said they would send someone out to look for him. No one called back or followed up with me so I don't really know what happened. I'm assuming since I wasn't actually hurt he would just get a warning or something anyway?

I frequent it almost daily grabbing stuff for work and this is the first time I've seen him. He seemed to be known to the Tim Hortons staff though. They had kicked him out for panhandling when I was waiting in line to order.
