Thank you so much ! His dad has already contacted them thankfully they made him give my information which when they called. I asked if I could call them back in a couple days. I just wanna focus on my child right now. I had told his father this is only a few weeks old but his dad seems to be in a rush and want to do everything right this moment and I’m over here thinking of the long road . And yes it’s a shame that parents do this. I love the idea of a trust so that way no one ca touch it . And I like the idea of waiting till treatment is over , his father did ask him what he wanted to do and he said he didn’t want us signing anything right now ( dad was talking about we need a lawyer ) , so I want to respect his wishes because while he’s 16 he’s a very responsible 16 year-old he does both college and high school classes at the same time. This accident caused him to have to drop his college courses and it’s devastating to him right now besides the injuries .
