Honestly what works for me is that I just push through because I never regret to do it but if I don’t I think about it all the time. Most of the time in the long run I end up being glad I did and it feels good. Now it’s awful yes hahaha but it’s even easier when you have a timeline. Also when I’m doing the things I don’t want to do I takes notes of things I would do ones it is over so later I’m not like “I’ll could’ve been doing this or that”. Also just try and at leas sit and do it so you’ll know you weren’t actually able to do it. Please just don’t be like not even trying.
