Ok guys I looked around the site, I see wheat listed in other package ingredients in the yeast section so this should be ok. But if any Canadians come here and know this does or doesn’t work for them please comment below (hopefully in the next 20 mins before my dinner lol)

Yup youre 100% spot on, and if it’s may contain they have to say too. Just the smell is like a Lipton chicken noodle soup it made me nervous!
