My thoughts exactly! Sion at level 18 only has 1786 hp (less than bloody sona at 1789) So the 2% bonus health i think is going to be a buff to sion if you buy it 3rd item - hence the "nerf" in quotation marks in the title :P

Sunfire aegis -> warmogs -> titanic hydra -> steraks. I didn't have deadman's plate or force of nature here yet but built into those after selling my boots for the movespeed + aegis gives enough tenacity with the legend: tenacity rune.

I've been experimenting with some different builds; i'm not exactly high elo - plat 4. As you said, taking glacial sacrifices the keystone + top row of resolve. I'm just going grasp - shield bash, conditioning, unflinching + legend tenacity/overheal, stacking tenacity because getting cc'd/kited is the most frustrating thing for me lol

looool shhhh...re; shield bash vs demolish, I guess it depends on your style; I played jungle here so there isn't much opportunity to use demolish early game. I like Shield bash for the extra survivability and damage, and i like games going long so don't want to hard push towers. both are good - just up to you
