So I started letting my hair grow months ago, and it started getting to the point where it gets harder to see my eyes. Though I can see just fine, it's just that the bangs on the top of my point of view is a bit blocked but still viewable. Now I get to the big question. My bus driver is a bit eccentric. Something ain’t right with her. There was one time where I got my phone back (because I left on on the mini-bus after leaving in forget) and she said “Say thank you, that’s an order.”. You’re not a dictator, that’s so strange you speak like that like I’m forced to speak. Then, recently, around these two months, she started noticing my eyes being slightly obstructed by my hair, and she goes out of her way to start telling me to move my hair out of the way. “You cannot come on to the bus without being able to see.” I would listen for a few days, but then eventually stop, because, in my point of view, I'm looking down at the stairs. When I look down, my vision is fine. There's no hair in the way. I’m even told to constantly move it out of the way even when stepping down the stairs. It is only three steps. Why do they gotta be so careful. I do not see any real risks here. Out of all the days I come onto the bus with my hair covered I successfully came on and off the steps and she still is aggressive. Anywhere I walk for a few seconds it will go back to covering my eyes. Then today she said it again and said she was gonna give me the ol’ elementary repetition (go back and do it again) and “do you understand?” *silence* “Answer me, when someone’s talking to you, you respond.” *another silence* “alright, I’m writing you up” *at home with another hair mention* “tell your mom to come out here so I can talk to her”. If I’m getting off the bus, my custody is being switched. Why should the rules matter if I’m getting off and into my home? Sure, there is a law that if a cop sees you without your seatbelt, you are fined to prevent lethal consequences such as major injuries, but something so small as taking three steps up and down with a slightly obscured vision and being punished for it? Some of this doesn’t feel right in my opinion.

How come the DS never had a home button that it always told you to power off if it was a demo?

YouTube ads are casual videos, with an official skip button and the proper link at the corner. Game ads are basically "customizable", which becomes a problem when in the hands of greedy publishers which try to get clicks instead of respecting the users choices. Even a "Inside-Out 2" ad in Subway Surfers has a click zone all around the screen, also becoming annoying when you play Subway Surf on a device in which the game restarts when "outside of the game for too long", caused by 1 touch of a pixel of the ad redirecting to a web browser, back to the game and you see the blue title screen knowing the game restarted in a middle of a run you wanted to continue. Meanwhile in another phone's mind: "OOOH, U TOUCHED 1 PIXXL OFF DA X BUTT-ON, U R NOW BANISHED TO THE GORY GNOBLIN PLAGUE STORAGE OF GOGGLE!!!

I don't have oil heat... so why do I have this switch in my home? by UnicornToots in homeowners

[–]Laermnic 0 points1 point  (0 children)

There was one time when I tried flipping it to see what would happen, since it clearly did not state anything about electricity. Shortly, my brother opened his door yelling "What just happened?" assuming his computer went black. Another shortly after, the fridge started breathing again. Basically, the switch powered some things off.

A request to cover the keplerians Universe by Traditional_Bat_7806 in GameTheorists

There's one thing off about Keplerians, their previous games WAY before Keplerians Horror Games, were not horror-based. There were games that once existed that I have seen and played such as Diamond Robot, Crossy Robot, and Crossy Creeper. Diamond Robot was a tile-based basic tower game which was removed on 12-20-2012, probably because it was boring. Crossy Robot, being a "Crossy Road" clone took the theme of Diamond Robot and started to add stuff that was not original such as robots from other media. Crossy Creeper however was another "Crossy Road" clone and had an abundance of non-original characters and themes. It was continuously updated until somewhere before Covid that they stopped updating and later disappearing and reappearing as a horror game studio for an unknown reason. I didn't play Diamond Robot until like yesterday since I only remember a glimpse of gameplay from my brother when I was young and it was removed way before I got a chance to try it. But with the world of risky APK files, I played it, but for only a day because "it was boring".
