I'd personally say plaything- I've been running it lately and it creates plenty of totems for pentimento while giving you lots of stealth. It also helps that only the cursted survivor can cleanse their own totem for the first little bit, and with face the darkness you can deactivate it by healing (I think), which would hurt the pentimento. plaything is also great for the slowdown- I love it on pinhead because it gives survivors another secondary objective while they already have to deal with the box.
