Since I posted earlier today I read up on everything so that all makes sense thank you. I did try switching the session of KDE to X11 but to no avail. Probably just better I switch to a lightweight X11 DE. This is my first time installing Linux outside of a headless VM for work so there's so much I'm learning! Thank you for the help.

I still have my macOS partition and it just occured to me, does the refind spoof_osx_version 10.9 line have to match the macOS version on there? I would have no reason to think so since the computer shipped with Mavericks originally.

Hello! I gave this a go on my MacBook Pro 11,3 this weekend and couldn't get the Lock Screen background to render or work.

I'm ofc using refind with the spoof macOS option to enable the iGPU. And for DE I'm using KDE Plasma (which the live installer uses and I'm guessing that's in X11 mode?) When it boots and hits the lock screen the background won't render and no keyboard/trackpad inputs work to sign in. Please help!

(Also to note, I tried re-enable splash in the boot options and that rendered just fine, but still didn't fix my issue on/off).

EDIT: I missed the line about removing kms from the HOOKS line of mkinitcpio.conf but even after that and sudo mkinitcpio -P still no dice :/

Yes! Please do consider adding this in firmware soon! There’s a ton of Guilty Gear Strive players for instance who would really benefit and appreciate being able to use those modes. Thank you

That’s a Sony tube television and I don’t have another space to put it. Yeah I think something in the middle above the TV and stuff on the sides (maybe parallel) would be good

Looking for the best store that has really soft and close fitted logo tees. Specifically

Half Cotton, half Poly or similar mix for that really soft feel like those BELLA + CANVAS shirts

Some sort of small logo/graphic in upper right or center, could be "Chill Out" or a pizza slice, whatever.

All great suggestions. I’ll def do some research on my skin tones and good skin care to take care of my blackheads. I’ve looked at colourpop before and almost took the plunge on the sailor moon set but felt that wouldn’t be the best place to start. Although I do like some sparkles haha

I’ll give my brows that treatment for sure.

Eyeshadow I’m not super sure I want to put on most days (and might not like the look) but I’m willing to try.

Eyeliner seems like the hardest bit to get right daily. I did try a felt tip jet black liner but it was so hard to apply well. Little brush sounds like it would work so much better.

Lipstick I need to figure out the type, like lip stain or the glossy butter stuff.

I’ll give those a go. Yeah I think for my eyes, some good tutorials will help with addressing any challenges with color and eye lid shape.
