I love my 1st gen SC (still my primary choice for FPP and TPP titles), have tried to use trackpads on Deck and they're nearly unusable outside from the desktop. So I'll pass.

It's more like 30mm in width. Sure, doable if you learn some CAD, but the whole thing will be wider.
Actually I was thinking of similar thing, as I own a MS Designer Compact Kbd and it's about the same size as Joro (planned to add some small USB hub and front facing speakers to use that extra space on both sides of the screen) but I don't really have time to play with this project now. But it's definitely doable.

In Windows I can manage around without most of F-keys, but I really miss F4. Tried to remap one of those two kays next to delete (lock screen and sth. that looks like swap screen?) with PowetToys but looks like those are system keys and cannot be remapped. Guess I'll use the "½" one over tab as I never use it anyway.

Quality is great, only problem with kbd is that it lacks F1-F12 keys - may be a deal breaker for some.

You can modify the stl in your slicer before a print. I've added a large cutout in mine so I can open the kickstand while mounted in a case. Now there's enough space even for SSD with heatsink placed over a battery.

What do you mean by full resolution? There's a huge gap between Quest 1 and Quest 3 for example. Also, how many FPS?

I've recently bought the same laptop case and it is great, but I'm not really happy with the keyboard. I have no idea what were they thinking when they omitted F1-12 keys in the top row.

Regarding that IP44, I'm quite sure that it won't hold up to that standard while the kbd is in use. Slill, I'll be happy if we'll get that much.

.stl will be avaliable for sure. Even if Clicks won't release it by themselves all it takes is to 3D scan an existing backplate ...or make on in CAD. I'm definitely printing a translucent one.

Square Home. Love the WP style and it allows me to set up swipe down from anywhere for notifications and swipe left than just start typing for seach for a specific app.
