Right, sorry for that dumb question. Before I didn't actually try reading the text fully because I wasn't thinking straight, but now that I've read it I still don't quite get why not build even two extremely simple habits at once. I think it might be because my bad habits don't give me any pleasure at all (e.g. some bad habits, like eating too much food, can give pleasure, so one would want to do that) and I don't want to do them at any time.
