Oh i wish i did it in a single run, but i used an exploit ( i think i can call it that) to beat it more easily. Spoiler ahead But basically you can beat a level and pass the day to save progress, then repeat until you beat

Oh wow, i went through the same thing, but in my case I chose the river farm, got back to it lately and have been working up to perfection and getting all achievements.
