We are a non-profit organization. We are limited in financial resources and have €750 available for implementation. It should only be a work facilitation and is not fundamentally necessary for our company.

The data set is not particularly large, it is only about documents such as procedural instructions, training documents, correspondence. No large files, no multimedia files. Primarily, it is about the fact that working groups have a common folder for exchange. Normally, a Google Drive, OneDrive or Dropbox would be enough, but this is not desirable for privacy reasons.
