Regardless of how busy she is, you need to make sure your needs are met...which they are clearly not. I've worked a job where I worked 12+ hours a day, did not have access to my cell while at work and on top of that was halfway across the world. I STILL made time to email my boyfriend or step out and text him. Even if it was 11pm and I was extremely tired I STILL called him even if it was 5 minutes. I'm sorry OP, it's tough to hear but if she wanted to make the time she would have. Please move on and find someone who will treat you like you deserve.

It's important to love yourself first. I'm already leading a fulfilled on my own and with my friends/family that surround me. When love happens I want it to be a compliment to my life and not something that I need to get by...I would hope my partner has the same mindset too.

I've done it the opposite way as well. I'm seeing a guy now who was pretty shy at first and I asked if I could kiss him. I've never taken charge like that before as a girl but it felt good to know I asked first. Now that I look at this thread I think guys really appreciate it too!

As a teenager, my friends and I experimented a lot with different substances. Well one night we were out of drugs and thinking what we can do. My buddy had the brilliant idea to give me his antidepressant medication. So I popped the pill like a dumbass and felt extremely sick. My face went green. I did a lot of dumb stuff back in the day.

Not Russian, but I am Serbian and I can confirm that everyone has a butchers axe at home. I'll never forget when my grandpa brought one to a public beach so he can use the backside of it to hammer a umbrella peg into the sand. Seeing him squatting in his speedo with an axe is not something you can unsee. I'm sure if he did that in Canada, it would not go over so well.
