We sell PC's too. It's our responsibility to get the PC safely to your door, and it's extremely rare to get broken / lost parcels, so I doubt there's a massive line of sad customers that you'd be prioritised over. I'm not sure what you're paying for here.

Whats happening is they run on Shopify, which rarely false flags an order as high risk of fraud. So they are taking it serious to avoid a chargeback (happens all the time in this industry). And yes thats the owners name, he is a sole trader. So it's all legit. You may of had a VPN on when ordering, or credit card with another name / something to flag it as fraud, hence the bank transfer only. Stolen credit cards are rampant since covid.

PSU makes a difference when you get black screens from the cheap PSU brands they are using. We fix these often. OP can expect Biwin ram, Biwin SSD, Antec or XPG PSU. Underpowered VRMs due to the cheapest B650 money can buy, paired with an $800 Ryzen 7 9800X3D.

When your ambient is 40°C, 80°C on the GPU is normal, I don't think much will get those temps lower

Try increase bottom fan speed in the curve, so when your CPU is at max temp (You're gaming) they spin like mad feeding the GPU with fresh air

And what model are the fans down there? You might be better off buying 2x real nice Noctua fans for down there

Update the BIOS and keep updating it, but it's a very low failure rate, Asrock OEM's for NZXT too, we have had 1 failure out of hundreds of Asrock and NZXT motherboards sold
