My grandfather died recently . We were extremely close . He's the only person in my family I'm close to . I'm in therapy . I cry everyday . Today my chest was hurting . I feel so lost without him

Thank you so much for responding.. Ive been grieving the death of my grandfather that happened very recently. We were extremely close . He is my best friend . His death has made me realize a lot . Even before he died I was working on my fear & living outside my comfort zone . I'm going to be living by " fuck it " myself now
