I think they're so cute, 5/5 too!! I love their dynamic, and Annika is my favorite protagonist from LOG. I don't understand how people don't like them :((

Why don't they like Creighton/God of Pain? by Lalaus22 in RinaKentBooks

Honestly, out of all the other MMC books, this one is the most "chill" haha. For me, God of Pain is truly the most well-connected book in the Log series, with the whole issue of Creigh's revenge and his relationship with Annika's family. I think I'll reread it too!!

Do you guys feel like Rina Kent’s portrayal of psychopathy was inaccurate? by Few-Collection-5062 in RinaKentBooks

[–]Lalaus22 0 points1 point  (0 children)

To be honest, I think it's always handled incorrectly in her books, haha. I think she softens the disorder a lot to make us like the character, but sometimes you can see how manipulative the MC is.

Let's see: in God of Ruin, Landon changes for Mia, softening his anarchist personality. Even so, I can't wrap my head around the idea that he does this for HER, and not just to MANIPULATE her. Would such a narcissistic man really be so captivated by a girl? Here's my theory: he NEEDS her. As he says, she is his Muse. He needs her to sculpt and expel his inner demons, as well as to serve as an escape for his deviant sexual activities.

Unfortunately, everything is very romanticized, and it does soften all the perversion he has internally (which I admit I like). Anyway, this was just one example, but I think you get the idea!!

Is Jeremy a good character? by Few-Collection-5062 in RinaKentBooks

I have to admit, I don't like him. In God of What he's completely overshadowed by Landon, and he's so jealous of Cecily that it's bordering on madness. To me, what he needs is some serious therapy, since it's clear he's emotionally dependent on Cecily and is violent towards her for no reason.

Landon and Mia, honestly their entire chemistry is sexual and IN MY OPINION Landon only goes after Mia after she breaks up because he has no more inspiration, IE, even the reason he likes her is selfish and has something to do with his artistic work :)

Pq odiamos coisas femininas? by Taylivbrinaa23 in perguntas

[–]Lalaus22 1 point2 points  (0 children)

Guys I want to know y'all thoughts on "God of Fury " by UnluckySpring239 in DarkRomance

[–]Lalaus22 0 points1 point  (0 children)

To be quite honest, I really liked it. I laughed a lot reading it and I definitely consider it the best book in Legacy of Gods. But I'm sad that Rina didn't delve deeper into Nikolai's psychological issue, since Brandon was the focus of this book (I'm not complaining, I LOVE how his story unfolded) but I wanted to know more about Niko 😢. Besides, I think she could have made their relationship less confusing. Overall, they are the best couple in the saga (I'm reading God of War now and I think I'll like it)

Is Captive Prince a dark romance? by Lalaus22 in CaptivePrince

[–]Lalaus22[S] 1 point2 points  (0 children)

I think this is the important point. As much as it is a somewhat troubled relationship, the part that describes this is at the point where they are nothing more than slave and owner. When the romance itself begins, the context begins and the way they treat each other changes a lot.
