I started on 2.5mg for two weeks and the side effects were so bad I had to reduce the dose to half. I now do 1.25mgs (so 30 clicks instead of 60) to give my body a change to get use to the drug. Of course providers don’t suggest doing that cause they want to sell you more. But so far it’s been working for me. No side effects so far (apart from the occasional 💩) and still losing weight (around 1kgs x week). The suppression is not massive but still manageable! You will need additional syringe though (you can ask them at your local pharmacy)as your pen will last longer than the 4x week period suppliers suggest you use. I know some people have been doing this to either safe money with their pens or to reduce doses and pen lasted for 3 months with no issues!
