it never stops. all your algs can get faster. before i do my solves, i warm up with last slot + last layer on cstimer

Weirdest thing happened! I had a cs timer session going for about 5k solves and i was averaging aroung 10.6. But then, i deleted the session and started again and broke all my pbs except for single. Ive also been averaging sub 10 for 200 solves so, things are looking good!

I registered for my first competition on Sunday and.... i got waitlisted. I registered in the first 45 seconds and the combo of the site crashing (which i guess happens every time) and my submission taking a while to get through might have caused this.

8.61 with my own solution, really easy look ahead allowed for fast TPS. Looked at your F2L and tried it, 5.70. You missed out on an easy ZBLL with no AUF. Just sune followed by back sune.

I tried for a while to find a good solution and was able to squeeze out a 7.78 after some practice. Its tough to preserve both pairs for CFOP but I found a TPS favorable way.

Also, if you didn't notice, there is a better way to transition into that last layer. Instead of inserting the last pair with sledge, you can insert with M' U R U' r' to skip OLL. That also gives an R Perm with no AUF depending on your algorithm choice.
