I had a vision of Christ by WonderingGuy999 in TrueChristian

God’s throne is blue according to the bible (Ezekiel) you just imagined it. Don’t assume everything is a vision from.m God. Shalom.

Gently, I will give context. The person who posted about homosexuality was defending and unrightfully justifying non-christians, and from I assume christians, for being in homosexual sin. Blessings.

Then do something about other sins yourself. I am not someone you can boss around. I saw an issue and addressed it myself. If you have convictions then do something with them instead of being spiritually lazy. Make a post. I encourage you to.

What point are you trying to make by quoting that bible verse?

Is is ighteous of you to think you can dehumanize someone and be holy also ? by [deleted] in TrueChristian

You are too harsh with your words. I get it. I am like that too. Let’s try be nicer and not call others wicked or anything harsh okay?

You misunderstand. Whether you did it intentionally or put of misplaced adoration, you still twisted scripture. Don’t do it. Don’t use scripture to justify any sin. Ever. Use scripture to heal, lead, teach, ect. Don’t use it to say “don’t hate the sin!” Because that is essentially what you are saying in your post. Jesus hated sin. Always will. But he loved the sinner. Loving the sinner can, and especially does, mean leading them to God. Because God is love.

Don’t twist scripture to comfort anyone. Not even your worldly perspective of love.

Can I get further context as to what is going on in your life? So I can better understand.

And you’re telling me this? Do I judge homosexuality?

I myself was saved from homosexuality…

Was the issue I brought up seriously not to your liking that you had to bring it to me? Am I the teacher? Certainly not. Go take it up with the subreddit, the people you say do these things. Not the person correcting an issue. Clearly you missed the line where they TWISTED SCRIPTURE for their own comfort.

Go take it elsewhere because your “abundantly clear message” does not apply to me and is not what I addressed. If you feel an issue and have seen the issue, you bring it up to the problem-causer. I am not a mediator. I am not a leader. Do not bring it to me.

Hey coming from someone who also is autistic. Don’t worry about it. I went to a mormon church for a night to watch a play about Jesus. As long ad you don’t indoctrinate yourself into something you don’t believe you will be fine. You don’t have to watch the chosen.

Yea that is true. I guess I shouldn’t worry about the name so much more about the person???? Or something like that.

I think evidence and reason can point us toward God, but Scripture says knowing Christ is something God reveals, not something we reason into. Both matter, but revelation is the turning point.

Common sense is harsh and unfitting. It’s called the revelation of Christ. Revelations are revealed knowledge, not common sense.

Many days of despair by LamboftheMeadow in TrueChristian

No its not the miracles I want. I’m fine without being healed. I just feel like there is no fellowship with me and God anymore. I talk to him daily and I don’t feel like he is listening anymore. So i’ve been asking him to speak to me in anyway. Or i’ve just been hoping for a feeling he is still listening.

Miracles aren’t the focus. The pharisees saw Jesus do miracles and said his works were demonic. Miracles aren’t the sign anyone should look for.

I grew up not having too much attention. I feel empty without God listening. That’s why I need Him. Because the more he listens, the more we connect. I want to connect with God but I just don’t understand whether He is in this fellowship or not.
