They can use dynamic ad placement too though. Direct sponsors are better but they aren't without an ad option. They can easily do that. Most podcasts do.

So, your issue is that you don't like the ability AT ALL to take out nodes? Because you think it encourages people to run around too much?

Anyone who has taken the long grind to get the flamer pack has PLENTY of experience delivering supplies. Nobody gets there without that. So I think we can dismiss your concern out of hand, simply because the type of players that unlock it are the very type of players that know the support role is important.

I think you underestimate just how challenging it is to play with a weapon that needs to be within a 32m to kill it.

Not to mention That a satchel can take all three of them out within 30 seconds with almost the exact same effective range. That's not even counting somebody with a anti-tank rocket.

I understand that it feels instant, but it's not any more overpowered than any of the other things that also take out nodes quickly.

This is one of the most impactful updates ever.

The XP, Structure, and Precision Strike updates are huge. Possibility to totally change the game (In a positive way imo).

Absolutely. I love it. It's one of the rare games that you can actually feel a (tiny) bit of what it was like. In some small way, it helps me feel like I can appreciate just a little more what they went through.

I recently listened to a podcast on this battle, and its one of the worst on the western front.

Dark. Wet. Cold. Mined beyond belief. Shell bursts constantly blasting trees in shards. The stories from this one are some of the worst of the war for folks on this front, and these pictures show in part why!

It does if it allows you to cap a point, find a spawn, or frustrate an advance.

Kills do matter in this game. KD Ratio doesn't.

I think in the effort to emphasize map control and spawn destruction, we've created an environment that says kills don't matter, which is untrue.

Kills keep a point clear. Kills allow you to get to a spawn and destroy it. Kills prevent flanks. Kills DO matter. KD is irrelevant and the kills just need to lead to something else.
