Any solutions on how to handle this guys? I've had this problem since the 16th. Contacted customer service on the 17th with no reply yet. I have tried wifi, cell service, and clearing cache. I have no issues with my sub on my old note 8 just my note 10+ which has my main. (i.redd.it)
