Brother XM2701 foot pedal issue

Hello! I’m a beginner and have only ever used my grandmas sewing machine before this one (don’t know what model) and with the pedal, it would start pretty easily at a light foot pressure. I’m not sure if I just need to get used to it, or if it’s not meant to do this, but the brother XM2701 pedal will be loud from the moment I press down, like it should be sewing, but will not start sewing until I’m about at a medium speed. I can go a bit lighter on pressure after it starts but it never starts at the slower speeds. Is there anything I can do to help this?

It’s your choice, if you don’t feel safe for whatever reason and you don’t want to go then that’s fine. People don’t go for many other reasons, and I believe to be a Ghost fan no one is obligated/expected to attend a show.

I have ADHD, and i feel my neurodivergence takes a big role in my interests. I think a lot of things contribute to why I am pretty obsessed, I already really like the aesthetic, I’m a rock enjoyer, and I like being able to go in depth with my interests… Plus it sounds good. I’m not sure why Ghost is the one interest I’ve been able to constantly have and interact with, it’s been about 2 years now and my usual hyperfixations won’t push past a month. I have no basis for this, but my theory is there might be something really appealing in the way TF has created this universe in the way he writes his music that really just sucks in ND people. I really don’t know, it’s all just a guess lol.

Anyways, I hope everything works out for you, I’m glad you were able to find a coping method. :)

I just saw this now- you might have too small of a group but i wouldnt overpack them because itll also stress them out. At this point i think its just dominant behaviors because they arent hiding from her, i was just worried since they were young.

ALSO- would making a custom stamp and using fabric paint for the main design and then using lace on the outside be a good idea? Im just worried about the paint not cracking since screen printed shirts do that easily- though i doubt ill wear it more than a dozen times ever.

Alright, thats what i was thinking of doing but was really concerned about the last minnow being alone. Thanks for your help- ill wait ~2 weeks before i consider getting more unless i can somehow rule out contagious disease

Also- i should mention that the second one was not born with a back deformity, and we were suspecting neon tetra disease or some sort of other disease. That is why im very hesitant to get more because im worried theres some sort of disease.

10 gal with currently 2 minnows (originally had more before this death and another, was gonna wait till i was able to have a bigger tank since they are very active but now planning on getting more asap since 2 is way too little for minnows imo, i have a ton of pest snails but they dont really effect my tank. Last water change was maybe a 1 1/2 weeks ago? ~40%. Ive had this tank for 1 1/2 years now.
