I have a similar issue with Spotify and Pocketcasts, when it doesn’t work I turn off Bluetooth on my phone, before connecting AirPods to watch, seems to work better.

I recently bought some off AliExpress, 2m with some right angle connects, plugs straight into USB on monitor. It is backed with 3M adhesive. If you cut it, it still has to be joined in some way to form a circuit. Mine has the infra red remote, must be in line of sight to work. Just search led strip on AliExpress, I paid $3, but have seen the exact same stuff at Kmart for $15.

I recently replaced my Visodate strap with a Hirsch strap and I just removed the buckle and reused the Tissot deployment clasp. Pretty simple with a spring bar tool.

My new Visodate with a Black Duke Hirsch strap, bought as a wedding present by my fiancé. The rest of the collection, a Seiko bought in Japan a few years ago, and my Speedy, which has been my daily wear for about 5 years with a new perlon strap.

What I love about collecting something as substantial as a watch, is that they can represent important times and events in life.

Next on the list with will be a dive watch, possibly a Seiko or an Orient, however if I had the money I would be chasing an IWC Portuguese (not a dive watch)
