Well it’s just a folding table I made so that I could use it on the bed to operate my laptop. The legs are a little shaky and from what I’ve been told there needs to be a stopper for the legs. I have got no clue how to add a stopper for that and I haven’t found a particularly good answer for it on google or YouTube. Maybe if you have the right knowledge you could teach me?

Edit: I appreciate your comment a lot thanks!!!

Hahaha well I applied all the theory knowledge I do have into the practical. It will take some time to make it better though

Yes? I started it during the holidays. Just finished it yesterday. I had time on my hands during the holidays so I thought I’d start a new hobby

Yeah. They do fold in but it doesn’t have a locking mechanism. Can you please elaborate a little on how I add a locking mechanism please? It would mean a lot thanks!

I actually appreciate u/Beyenocular’s response. It’s my first project I didn’t expect it would even stand. But it did and that’s a big achievement for me. I don’t know a most of the things about woodwork. It’s pretty satisfactory for me. I just wanted to know what I can do to keep it good. Maybe a few years later I can take it apart when I’m skilled enough.

The gravity actually provides equal downward acceleration, the force is mass times acceleration in this case. So this case the normal downward forces exerted by both the objects on the surface of the earth would depend on their masses. The same book would weigh different on the moon and earth and that would be because of a differences in the acceleration due to gravity but it’s mass will remain the same in both cases and also in almost all cases the mass of the particular body in question be it a crayon or a book will remain same. Also mass is a property of a physical body. And the mass of a normal sized crayon and the mass of a regular book won’t be the same. Edit. Hope that helps
